1.3 Trouble shoot UFT:
if u already installed Trail UFT 11.5 on VMWare with previous date, don't update the current version UFT 12.0.
if u date back the vmware with UFT 11.5 then also not installed the UFT 12.0Don't Install like this:

better to go to OS snapshot without any QTP or UFT then freshly install the UFT 12.0.
if u want to update previous version with previous date working 11.5, then go to that previous date working UFT 11.5 then open this version put like that and try to install the UFT 12.0. If it is working fine then take the snapshot in the VMWare or any Virtual Machine.
